Beam Alignment
Beam alignment on a laser cutter is critical for maximum power to be available. Many people struggle with the explanations that are available, however some time ago a gentleman named Russ Sadler who has a background in laser cutting in a manufacturing environment put together a video explaining in relatively simple terms how beam alignment works. We have used his techniques with success for our own unit after mucking up the alignment.
